• Net 30 is available on reordering with 3 trade references & a bank reference.

SHIPPING:
While every effort is made to ship complete orders immediately, back-orders may occur on out-of-stock items. If back-orders are undesired, please indicate when placing your order.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Claims on damaged defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the merchandise. Before requesting an even exchange on defective merchandise, keep in mind that all Jon Margeaux products are handmade, and therefore slight variations are expected.

PEWTER PRODUCT CARE:
• Jon Margeaux pewter products have been tested & meet FDA approval
• No polishing is required - ever!
• Serving pieces can be pre-chilled
• Do not use in the dishwasher or microwave
• Serving pieces (excluding glass & ceramics) may be used in the oven up to 500 degrees. Prices, policies, and payment terms are subject to change without notice.

To establish an account, simply apply online or fax to us your business name, contact name, federal tax identification number, mailing address, shipping address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address and manner in which you wish to purchase. Upon receipt of this information, we will promptly e-mail your password allowing you to shop via our on-line catalog.
