TERMS:
• Opening orders must be prepaid by check, Master Card,
VisaAmerican Express These terms allow us to keep our prices low.
• Net 30 is available on reordering with 3 trade references &
a bank reference.
• Minimum opening orders: $250.00, reorder $100.00.
SHIPPING:
While every effort is made to ship complete orders immediately,
back-orders may occur on out-of-stock items. If back-orders are
undesired, please indicate when placing your order.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Claims on damaged defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of
receipt of shipment. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the
merchandise. Before requesting an even exchange on defective
merchandise, keep in mind that all Jon Margeaux products are handmade,
and therefore slight variations are expected.
